Outside the box. We saw this color in a friend's bathroom and snapped this pic. They are repainting and thinking about replacing this master color: Wet Concrete (Benjamin Moore). Warm and dark, it goes well with the horrific white and black tile program that many of us suffer from and gives the bathroom a sultry look. If they change it, we'll let you know. MGR

I love Wet Concrete! I've seen that color somewhere before though I can't remember where. It's so complex - is it purple? brown? gray? - I'd love to see how it changes in the light.
I think I've memorized all the Benjamin Moore colors! I just bought a condo and I'm repaiting all the interior walls. I was looking at the different shades of gray and liked the name "Wet Concrete". I think it's too purple, but it looks great in the bathroom pic. Am I color blind? Or does it just change color radically?
This is an instance where I wish companies didn't name colors, because I LOVE that color name, but think the actual color is a little too mauve-y. But it demonstrates a helpful point about those paint color cards-- on colors that appear neutral, follow the range up or down (lighter/darker) on the card to see what is lurking underneath the neutral... these are the colors (or color range) that varying kinds of lighting will reveal (either to your delight or frustration). So, if you like gray, but hate mauve, I'd move to another card where the range was less purple...
I recently painted my whole apt. with Benjamin Moore's White Wisp and Grey Owl, both warm greys with subtle blue-green tones.They respond beautifully to both artificial and natural light, creating these deep soft shadows.
