Hello AT,
I have a kingsize mattress and frame in a very small room. It is pushed up under the windows, because that is the only way it'll fit. I'm desperate for a bed to fit the frame, or at the very least a headboard.
I don't want it to be too high and cover up a big part of the windows; it needs to have quite simple lines because the rest of the furniture in the room does as well...and it shouldn't break the bank. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Barbara
It is your call as to style and price point, but we can suggest a few good places to look for simple bedframes that won't take up any extra space:
If none of this appeals to you, the CHEAPEST way to skin this cat (and one that we like) is to stick with your metal bedframe and invest in 1. bedskirt 2. heavy rubber cups for the feet (to keep it still) and 3. big king-size pillows that will create a cushy-cushy backrest behind your normal pillows. (Thanks, Barbara!) MGR
