Duralex Glasses

Internet power!. Looking for Duralex glasses over the weekend, we ran into this great little weblink: Search for a 12oz Duralex Juice Glass - The Search has ended! .

Because Duralex glasses are so great (and last so long) and are not readily available in all designs in the USA, this fellow, Michael Hoodes, put up a photograph of the last of his original 6 Duralex glasses and asked the world where he could find more. It took awhile, but many tips later, a fellow in Finland found a few boxes in his basement and sold him one box of 6, making Michael totally happy. MGR

FYI

I have ordered a palette of the DURALEX 6oz Bormioli Rocco CASA LINA (NOT the same as the ones Klinq has) from the factory in Itally. I anticipate their arrival for mid Oct 07. NO ONE else in the USA has these babies as the manufacturer told me I am the first :)

I will be selling them on a limited basis so email me if you would like to be placed on the waiting list. I will start pre-orders in Late September.

Sorry type O - they are the CANA LISA 6oz DURALEX glasses. They look similar to the Klinq 6.75 oz duralex by Bormioli Rocco, however they are a tiny bit smaller. Klinq has confimed with me today that they have DISCONTINUED the 6.75 oz glasses and wil no longer carry them.
