Old rooms. Going through Chelsea Market last week, the photographs on the walls caught our eye. Looking closely, we saw that Katherine Slingluff was the photographer. Slingluff? Can't forget that one. So we Googled her and found more.

Katherine lives in Louisiana, where she has a gallery. These pics are from down there. Despite the fact that they are about decay, there is something infinitely calm and beautiful about the best of them. They were even nicer on the walls, too.
Katherine also takes portraits and photographs new rooms as well. If you like her work, surprise her and send her props in an an email. MGR

Really beautiful!
Patrick, I think I saw the same Ellis Island photos--Smithsonian magazine, I think? Silverware and plates still on the tables, overflowing file cabinets left untouched.
