Stephen Huneck's art greets us every morning at our local coffee stop. Our favorite has always been "Greetings" for reasons that do not need to be explained here. Last month we saw a lot of his other work for the first time (on the walls of the coffee shop) and got curious to know more. We found a really extensive website which told us everything we could ever wanted to know. Stephen lives in St. Johnsbury, Vermont and became a successful artist after nearly dying in 1994.

After falling down the stairs, he was in a coma for two months. When he awoke be began carving "Life is a Ball" and has been fully recovered ever since. He now has small galleries all over the country that sell his work, a Dog Chapel at his home in Vermont (you are welcome to visit), and sells a ton of art/stuff based on his drawings. We like the drawings the best. MGR
