I am not sure about the furniture because after waiting 6 hours (2 past the agreed delivery time) I have yet to see my order. What I have experienced is lies from various workers at the store, seriously bad attitude and I swear the B word behind my back (note to store manager hold receiver with hand if you are going to talk about customers behind thier back). The last thing that was said after I had to call into my job to tell them I was going to be late is "you want it or not because my order is not important to them and not worth talking on the phone with me for. It is a $500 item and if it isn't worth it to them then why do they even bother selling things.

Do not buy at Gothic. I went to purchase an item, a dresser, I put a deposit down. They called me a week later to tell me they no longer stocked this item. They also requested I come in to get my deposit ( or see about my deposit as they put it). I bought another item somewhere else and it took me 1 1/2 month to get back to Gothic. They then told me I could not get my deposit back because they now had the item . ? Hello- they told me they did not. When I argued I was then told I could get my deposit back, less 10%. HEllo again- they did not have the item, what right do they have to keep 10%. I got mad and then was told I could not get my money back at all.
