So excited. Most of the time a website that says it's under construction and will be up soon, is.....not. It's simply a placeholder for someone or some company that's too busy or too worried to get anything up on the web. The Bouroullec's, Erwan and Ronan, had a placeholder up this spring when we first found them but they meant it. Their new site is up and filled with beautiful photographs of all their work: www.bouroullec.com.

For those of you who are new to this, the Bouroullec brothers (Ronan, 33 & Erwan, 28) are french industrial designers who have been very successful from a young age and now work together out of their studio in northern Paris. We find them inspirational for the simplicity and elegance they bring to design and we like the way they talk about their process - unpretentiously.

of their latest project for Vitra, which consists of three styles of clipped together screens. One mimics seaweed, one twigs and the other clothes pins. There is also a round holed room divider pictured as well. We suggest a visit to the site, which displays their design approach in its very functioning. MGR
