UK-based Turnstyle creates high end handles, levers, knobs and pulls for doors and cabinetry. Additionally, they've branched off into some other forms of hardware — most notably is bath accessories like towel racks and rings and toilet paper holders. Over half of their range features leather in the construction and I really liked the new woven leather door pulls.Turnstyle owner Stephen Roberts told me his collection is very popular with the yachting set — but Turnstyle is worth researching if you're looking for unique hardware!
