Oooh ! i would love to live on house boat like that ! What do you need more ?
There are some really nice boat houses. I used to live in Amsterdam for 8 years, and I saw some beautiful boat houses -- small, but elegantly appointed. I wish more US cities were more welcoming to the concept.
I would give anything to live in that. I fell in love with various modernist houseboats when I visited the Netherlands a few years back, and think NYC and other river cities should give them a try.
