The office itself is something to behold. With a custom-built monitor stand that hides most of the cables, we (and most of the ugly-cubicle dwellers we know) would be envious of just how simple and clean this desktop setup looks. But just wait until you get inside and see the tips and tricks Flickr user JasonDevilla used to keep his space organized.
- A cutting board holder from Japanese franchise home goods store Saizen finds new life as a vertical laptop stand. The hard metal gets fitted with what looks like a neoprene sleeve (a cut-up koozie?) for a little mac-saving cushion.
- The desk speakers plug into an audio jack extension that's been fitted with a simple binder clip to keep in in place and upright. This way, the jack is ready for an easy switch to headphones if cubicle neighbors get miffed.
- An AC-powered 7-port USB hub is hidden inside a pen cup. This way, an led lamp (plugged in up top) and iPhone dock (plugged into the hidden 3 bottom ports and running $0.99 app PerfectClock) get the power they need while keeping cords behind the scenes.

The table lamp is a little bulky, could have used an under cabinet light bar under the shelf, but other than that, pretty neat.
