Umm, the mirrored bird tray would go wonderfully with my bird curtain rod from Lowe's (which was slightly over $20 but is delightful, looks like wrought iron).

The order of some of the links is messed up. That blue runner is in the second row, and the west elm carafe is in the top row ... for example.

Love the square-pleated West Elm set sooo much! Wish I could justify the whole shebang for our King bed.

The square-pleated West Elm shams are pretty, but I can't get past the idea of waking up every morning with little square indentations in my face!

Just treat yourself to some fresh cut tulips or gerbera daisies...brightens any room and lifts your ch'i like nobody's business!

I have the Take-Along Table from PB Teen and love it. For $20 I was afraid it might be flimsy, but the reviews online gave me the confidence to buy and I am pleased with the purchase.

The carafe from West Elm, however, seems very breakable. I almost bought it online, but when I actually held it in the store I envisioned myself knocking it over in my morning grogginess. I ended up getting this $7 carafe from Container Store: http://bit.ly/mFtzHh

I'm so glad I'm not the only one to "$20 myself to death"! It's so easy, isn't it? Love the take-along table - might be my nightstand solution.

I really like the West Elm square tuck line and wonder if it holds up any better than their pin tuck line. Anyone have it? Does the tucking tear when you're making the bed?

I never thought of looking to Urban Outfitters for curtains. I love what they have available. Definitely good for the funky feel I'd like to put in my sitting room.

Urban Outfitters curtains are all 84", much to short for most homes and most tastes.

Garnet Hill has some ridiculous stuff for under $10; I got two silk euro shams for like $4 each.

Ebay is also good as well as Marshalls & Ross

I love the West Elm set...but what's the point of buying just shams? The duvet cover is at least $59.

Vacationland, I never thought shams were for sleeping on, I always just put them on top of my regular sleeping pillows when I made the bed. (Don't have shams right now.) Which is why I think they are called "shams!" hahaha....They're not the "real" pillow. Anyone else?

agreed Sophia. I never sleep on my shams because even if I wash them religiously, my pillow cases will yellow from hair oil and I want them to be more easily cleaned or replaced
