Why I use color:

Everyone's color experience is unique; their perception and emotional reaction. Our goal with color in our home, is feel energized yet completely restful.

Color is found not just in the paint choices, but in the natural materials of our furnishings and art. To us, the oak floors are orange, the Eames chairs are yellow, the cowhide rug is cream and caramel. Important to the grounded feeling is contrasting the bright pops of color with darks. The kitchen may have a dark chalkboard accent wall, but the ceiling is yellow-orange. The bedding in the bedroom is natural linen, but the built in bookcases are backed with chocolate brown with terracotta above. We use color to transform the space which we live into something completely our own. We believe where you live should reflect who you are.
