I rather like the rooms that are white,
and the room with a lot of black is fab. But DANG I hate beige!!! Can't help it.
I love the openness, uncluttered, airy and brightness of this room. Also, the furniture is a fab! However, I wished there were more colors. Bright colors, gives a pop to a dull or neutral room. And this room is so huge, it would be able to withstand bold colored furniture's.
Francesco's Well-Curated Flat is absolutely gorgeous!
Pic #9 shows that neutral need not mean minimal/blah/devoid of personality. Most of others shown here look like catalog pages or furniture showrooms to me.
Agree with beddybee. I prefer most of the homes here to what I've seen in this year's color contest. I love color, but I haven't voted thumbs up much in the contest, very few of the entries are speaking to me...
Anyway, love the examples shown above!
i love beige! it's a difficult color as it can easily make any space look like an unexciting and standardized rental but used right it is soothing and sophisticated.
#1 is on the market I think, if you really, really like it....
I love the look of neutral rooms. So calm and clean. But I can never pull it off. I always ruin it by becoming hopelessly attracted to some ridiculous bright lamp or something and from there it's a slippery slope into crazy color.
