My husband and I got our Christmas tree last weekend and we were sent home with a white plastic tree skirt. We thought this was great since we don't already own a tree skirt, but after we put it on we realized it actually looked like a garbage bag. I use a vintage holiday-themed table cloth for a tree skirt around my white tree. Works great, and goes with my vintage ornaments.
#8 is a disemboweled plush toy. Um, no thanks.
I found mine at an estate sale last year - it's from the 40's (It looks like it, at least) and homemade. It's the best - but I think that that burlap is adorable.
