A new 4 unit residential building in Seattle is bringing a strikingly modern presence to the Judkins Park area. The building, by design/build firm Dwell Development features was designed to be extremely energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
I find it especially refreshing to see varied finishes among the 4 units. Dwell Development did a nice job creating characteristically unique kitchens and baths by using various wood finishes, colors and ceramic tiles.
For more images of the different units, including roof decks and outdoor space, see Contemporist | 1105dwell by Dwell Development. Floorplans are available on the Dwell Development site.

blah.
I could be "meh" about this too, except it's an APARTMENT BUILDING. As newly-developed rentals go in Seattle, this one looks really, really nice.
I'm also pleased to see that at least one development firm in Seattle thinks a bedroom should be larger than a Cal. King-sized bed.
I would absolutely live there.
Nice except for the exposed particleboard.
nice advertisement for the developer.
Love everything except the particleboard. Particleboard is ugly. Don't try to make it hip.
Again...a totally original dwelling with totally never-been-done-before furnishings.
Blah!!!!
I agree that the building is nice but for the particleboard wall...
...however that painted Broyhill Brasilia credenza in the first pic makes me shudder - Why do people do that?
BTW - These are not apartments for rent.
They're condos for sale - each of the 4 units are priced at $479K each...
...and some of the floorplans I find very awkward - Who the heck thought it was a good idea to place the door to the powder room in the living room right next to the fireplace?
