Balcony Makeover #4: $1100 Budget

In the final makeover, a graphic rug softens up the hard tile floor and feels extra nice on the feet — a real step up from the previous version with the colorful and durable, yet polypropylene, rug. The DIY folding screen is still there, and can be moved around to create shade as needed (which is, again, very handy with the hot Florida sun). Lastly, the previous side table was swapped out for a white ceramic stool which blends nicely with the space.

COST

Here's the cost breakdown for the new additions, which comes out to $1113.51. The chair, dot pillow and the sheepskin were purchased from IKEA years ago, all for a total of $100 (if you want to add that to your mental tally).
