Commercial Flour Sa...
I love the pillows.
I think I need to head over to Europe...
oh my! I almost hope it DOESN'T come to the US, because I know I would spend all of my money there! I love the striped bedding!
There is A LOT going on... A LOT.
You had me at "H&M for the home"...
Love it love it
this might be the best news i've heard yet this year, let's hope they make it stateside pronto!
I dunno - it kind of looks like 3 - 4 "looks" rehashed with each photo. That's not to say that I don't like quite a few things pictured :-)
I love this. Beautiful stuff.
That said, I have a bit of a suggestion about how a lot of these posts with thumbnails are laid out lately. Is there any way to have each of these pictures show when you click on them and not have to reload the entire page? I am probably in the minority, but I usually take a look at this site on my breaks at work. The connection here isn't the best. Just a suggestion. :) These were worth the wait, though.
Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme!
Normally I love H&M (I'm wearing their clothes right now), but these pictures aren't making me jump up and down. They're a little cluttered and I don't feel like the designs are pushing the envelope. The products look nice, but when I heard "H&M for the home," I expected something amazing. Oh well, it's probably better for my wallet this way.
Long live Sweden.
I second RedMaiko. Also, then wehen you press the back button you have to go through all the pics again.
Yes, junk is on the rise...
i second redmaiko as well. i usually try to avoid bothering with the thumbnails because its such a hassle.
I third redmaiko's suggestion, and I spend a good amount of time on this site.
This is kinda like Anthropologie meets Ikea...but am I the only one that doesn't see that much H&M in this stuff?
I also agree with redmaiko.
The pictures are so cluttered, it is hard to get any idea of what they are actually selling. But nothing grabs me.
yay! i love h&m and this looks just as good
I also usually avoid bothering with the thumbnails.
WANT!
Looks like a cross between CB2 and Anthropology. Hip, but messy, chic but, shabby
Thanks to RedMaiko for speaking what we are thinking!
I'm also lovin' the blue/white floor coverings and that small MMC table they use in many shots. Anyone recognize the flooring?
oh yikes apartment therapy, a girl gets busy on a road trip and returns to this awful new page reloading every time i click on a photo business....ick. i'm with RedMaiko. you have got to fix this, it's beyond annoying.
While some of the individual items are great, the room shots are so contrived that the overall look is ridiculous. Why would anyone want a room that looked like a staged magazine shoot.
Meh
The pages reload so the ad will refresh. The more we click, the more ads we consume.
Hmm, kinda torn here. See a few possibilities. But those vignettes are all about clutter. I'll definitely check it out when the stuff shows up, but these scenes do not impress me.
Also, I totally agree with RedMaiko, the thumbnails get frustrating.
I live in Switzerland and I haven't seen any of this in my friendly neighborhood H & M. I can't see past the busy staging to decide whether I like the products or not. I wouldn't mind the bathtub in the second pic! Think they're selling that? *Sighs* not likely...
RedMaiko echoed my own sentiments. Please get rid of these reloads!
Do you think they have enough pillows on that sofa? I counted nine. What is the effing point of that many pillows?
You just have to move them in order to actually use the sofa. I have never understood the piles of pillows thing.
I normally love H&M but I have to say I'm not too excited.
The merchandising/styling of the pics isn't too great, its really hard to see things. and it seems a bit too young and basic. I do have to say that I do really want the matelasse with the organic circle design but that is about it. I am way more impressed with Zara home (which also need to come to the US!)
I should also add two things:
1. I am a bedding (aka, comforter, dec pillow, etc) designer.
2. I am on a pc using firefox, and when I click on the pics, they load quickly. It was different, but not so annoying.
yes I'm very upset that none of these home stores are in the US. We like to buy stuff for our home too! But i'm not impressed by the pictures either. I need a catalogue please :)
This is garbage why do people need to buy from Europe? Buy local search out your local artisans and support them they are all around you . Handmade in their homes with loving hands and not in a factory in China.
The number series looks good (first two pictures from the left on the second row). The simple blue stripes seem decent too (third row third picture). The rest are far too busy. Overall, not impressed. At all.
haha Ireally like the pillows, but I'm confused. Is that all they sell? Imagine the warehouse!
