It's called Thanksgiving, right? As I run through my checklist planning for my first attempt at hosting Turkey Day chez moi, I find that I need frequent reminders that the holiday is about being thankful for what you have, not for what you have to buy! Still, I can't help but fill in the obvious holes in my kitchen (who can serve succulent sweet potatoes without a stunning serving dish?), of which there are plenty. I'm trying to do this, of course, without spending a fortune.
Hello Etsy, I do believe we've met, but have I mentioned that I am tremendously thankful for your reasonably-priced-aesthetically-pleasing awesomeness? From host gifts to tabletop must-haves, you do not disappoint. Vintage cocktail glasses? Check. Mid-Century serving platter? Check. Embroidered table runner? Check. Price tags under $30? Check. The best of both worlds: thankful for what I have, thankful for what I
have get to buy.
