We have some kids' chairs in our house, and I consider them multifunctional because I often use them as step stools. But these two companies have taken chair versatility to a new place. Check out what they can do.
The House Chair line from Paloma's Nest takes a child's chair and incorporates a dollhouse. Available in Victorian, Modern, and Colonial, the sides of the chairs are cut to resemble a house facade so that the space underneath the chair becomes a home. A perfect small space solution, especially since free-standing dollhouses can often take up a lot of room.
The Bloom Pogo is slightly more utilitarian. It can be a chair, a step stool, a table, or a booster. The sleek lines give it a clean, modern look, and the cut out handles mean you can transport it easily to different rooms.
Is multifunctionality something you specifically look for when shopping for kids' furniture? Or is it simply an added bonus?
