Let the Apple MacBook rumors begin! According to a Chinese blog, images of the next MB's casing have been leaked. The photos show a trademark aluminum Apple notebook enclosure that's slightly thinner than the current MacBook Pro. To us it looks like the Apple logo on the front of the casing will have some kind of lens, but others are speculating that these holes (and the leaf) will be hollowed out so that light from the notebook's LED-backlit display will illuminate the logo similar to today's models. What do you think that is?
More after the jump...
Other reported changes to the MacBook line will be an oversized trackpad and swapping out plastic enclosures for more eco-friendly materials such as aircraft-grade aluminum and stainless steel. The new MacBooks will be out sometime in late 2008.

Bigger trackpad is good but it needs to be lighter for most people there isn't a good reason to buy a Macbook Pro over the Macbook; unless you really need the graphics power of the Pro.
Something the same size and power as the current Pro range but the weight of the Macbook would be a killer combination.
I enjoy the silver very much, that is why I would buy a Macbook Pro over the Macbook. Even though that tendency towards silver will cost me about.... $900. Haha.
