Popped Culture took on the humble throw pillow for their list, coming up with a few that made us smile (think Mac icons, Nintendos and Scrabble tiles) and some that left us scratching our head (the blood pool and Godfather horse head pillows, for example).

But the absolutely strangest of all? The Japanese lap pillow, which is shaped like a kneeling woman's legs (short skirt included) and described as "a comfy cushion for napping, reading or watching television." And though it didn't make the list, there's also a "boyfriend arm pillow" available for the ladies.
