The blue is Sherwin-Williams Maxi Teal. When I moved in the room was purple - a wrong, bad purple - with goldish-beige carpet. Ugh.
That's one challenge being a renter -- flooring. Can't rip up the carpet, can't do much about the red attic floors.
And yes, I used Ikea wall decals -- I love blik, but until I'm done with grad school they're out of reach.
Actually I think the worn floor in the study is charming!
My suggestion would be to group your smaller pieces of art -- and perhaps when you do this, re-frame or re-mat some of them to give the groups more cohesion.

the office doesn't work. scale is off, styling is off and what's with all the wires? Without this pic, I would have rated it much better.

Lovely! The colors are beautiful. I agree about the office area, it just isn't finished, but it has a lot of potential and the color there is lovely as well. Maybe start with the wall color and that white desk and work from there. I see you've gone for the equivalent of the "little black dress" in your choice of Occasional Cat--he would look elegant anywhere in your place, but especially in that lovely gold chair in the room with the big green poster.

Nah! I love the floor in the study. That imperfection makes it more charming.
Beautiful use of color - especially that teal! I don't think the study looks very cohesive in terms of the furnishing - the pieces feel too small and a bit like "left-overs" from the rest of your home. Maybe add some pieces with more presence or repaint the desk/bookshelf in an intense hue?
I would kind of love to see the desk and bookshelf in the study painted a nice deep color. That said, I love what you have done wall color-wise and I agree about grouping the art differently.
The wall colors are pretty bold... but the furniture/furnishings... meh. I understand that ideally you want furniture that matches any color scheme, but to win a competition like this, I think you really have to have the courage to COMMIT to a color scheme and totally run with it 100%.
Also... I am not feeling the small picture frame arrangement at all. If you are going with a hodge-podge of sizes, they should be arranged in clusters. I think you can only pull off rows of frames only if they are all identical.
charm is worth more that purchased design anyday.

I like the use of blue in the bedroom. It feels fresh and on trend, yet not so trendy as to be completely tiresome. And that green in your office is the kind of green I'm looking to paint my studio.
Ignore the comments on your decor... the contest is supposed to be about the use of colors, not your furniture. And it's nice to see places that look like they're actually lived in and decorated by real people, not professional show pieces.
