360 Cookware: Better For You, Better For The Earth

Thanksgiving is next week! Apart from the turkey, the stuffing and the pumpkin pie, have you finalized the rest of your menu? Made your shopping list? Do you have enough servingware? What about enough cookware? If you're considering adding a few pots and pans, you might want to take a look at 360 Cookware's collection. Not only is it green, but it might remove some of the stress that comes from juggling a bunch of pots on stove all at once. (Watch a video below the jump!)

One of the last cookware companies made in the US, it is manufactured at one of the country's most eco-friendly manufacturing facilities. Unlike other cookware, there are no chemicals used in creating the pots' mirror-bright finish. But it's not only the manufacturing process, or the fact that it's "locally" made and very durable that makes it special: it's the unique design that allows the pots to be used with less heat, which makes for an easier clean up. And since no water is used to cook your food, that means less nutrients are lost in the cooking (it can also, of course, be used to cook in a more familiar way). With less worries about overcooking your vegetables, that's one less stress for your Thanksgiving day.
