Don't you hate it when you get home after picking up a new electronic toy and you go to plug it in only to find out that the giant wall wart that comes with it covers up both outlets? To top it off, there is a good chance that wall outlet is the only one in the room that isn't covered by a piece of furniture which makes that second socket even more valuable. It seems that 360 electrical has been in this very situation and designed an outlet to take care of it.
With 18 disctinct positions, all you have to do is plug in your bulky plug and turn until it clicks into a position that provides enough space for the other socket. In general we like the idea, but due to the non traditional shape, if we need to match the other stainless steel cover plates througout the house, it appears that we are out of luck.
360 Electrical can be contacted here for more information on pricing and availability.

According to their Web site, the product is still not available. That's over a year and a half since the original ATLA posting... maybe it's time to stop reposting this one until they actually ship some product?
An alternative would be an extension cord where the plug twist. I have a couple of these cords but forgot who made them.
Okay, FYI, found out that Stanley made the extension cords. They are flat 360 Rotating Plug.

I left feedback to be notified about availability. Here is the response I got moments ago:
Dear Ms. ,
Thanks for your interest in our revolutionary outlets. They'll be available in the next couple weeks at hardware stores, home centers, online and through electrical distributors. Some of the online retailers will be the first out of the chute.
Are you interested for personal or commercial use?
Soon, we'll be sending you an e-mail with specifics on where they're available.
Best Regards,
