Think of 3R Living as a sort of Target for green products: Everything you could possibly need is right there. If you're lucky enough to live in NYC, there's a 3R Living in Brooklyn -- if you live somewhere else, no worries, they have a fantastic website.
Owned by Samantha Delman-Caserta and Mark Caserta, and opened in 2004, the shop is full of what they like to call "future friendly products." The two carefully screen everything they sell, which, thankfully, takes all the arduous green guesswork out of shopping at 3R.
Right now we really like the line of cotton throws ($125) that 3R carries. They're made from pre-consumer cotton scraps that are collected after the cut and sew process (essentially, cotton leftovers).
We're also pretty close to ordering one of these awesome picture frames ($58), made from reclaimed boat wood.
And, the online shopping process is nice and easy ... maybe too easy!
