A 250 square-foot condo might be a bit too small for us ... but a 400 square foot home from Austin-based Reclaimed Space? We think we could do it.
Reclaimed Space is taking old wood from dilapidated barns and abandoned houses and turning it into cozy, eco-friendly 400 square-foot homes. We think they're gorgeous.
The home pictured above made it's debut at Dwell on Design in Los Angeles in June. Reclaimed Space co-founders, Tracen Gardner and Kimber Reed-Barber, hauled it all the way from Austin on the back of a truck. After the conference, they sold the house on E-bay for $75,000 — $10,000 of which was donated to Habitat for Humanity.

In your shots there were some interesting outdoor benches and seats - where were they purchased ?
Between these and the unique, all recycled parts found in Tiny Texas Houses (about an hour from Austin in Luling) ...that Yellow Rose is starting to win my heart.
Thanks for showcasing these beautiful homes. I'm so in love.
