When Penny Seow moved to Singapore from NYC, she was already well-adjusted to living in small quarters. But her apartment, designed by Frank Koh, doesn't seem small at all...
With a combination of bright white walls, sparse furnishings, wide windows, glass partitions, and multi-function furnishings; the apartment accomplishes an expansive feeling in only 463 square feet.
See the rest of Seow's home (including gloss white floors in the living room and abundant shoe storage) at Singapore's Home & Decor.

It's easy to have an expansive feeling in a small space when there's hardly any furniture in it...
