It's not always easy finding the right desk. This search is always compounded by what your computer looks like. Sometimes, some desks just don't go with certain computers or laptops. We've put together a series of desks and computers which we find are well suited to each other. Naturally, these desks tend to highlight the features of the laptop or computer. It's always interesting to combine things that go well together in an office.
Solo Lounge Table and MacBook Pro
Since the MacBook Pro is a laptop that uses a lot of power, like most bigger laptops, we though that it would go well with a glass desk. However, the Solo desk isn't just any glass desk, it will actually use solar energy to charge your laptop.
Tank Collection Desk and MacBook
Highlighted Ikea Desk and Alienware
Alienware rigs are basically gaming computers, which is why we thought that dramatically lighting up your frosted glass Ikea Vika Lauri desk would really work well. For some reason, the green light works really well with Alienware computers.
West Elm Sawhorse Worktable and Sony VAIO
The new Sony VAIO TT is a ultraportable with all of the usual features of more regular sized laptops. That being said, we think that it would fit well with with the West Elm worktable. The table is minimal and elegant, and the Sony TT would just look perfect upon it, with a nice bright BRAZO multi LED desk lamp.
Crescendo C2 Maximus and Asus Bamboo Laptop
This is probably the most ecologically friendly solution, since it includes a green laptop on top and a giant hunk of desk made out of walnut and cherry wood. Wood just looks good and if you can afford it, well it sets itself apart in any design. The Maximus is a fantastic desk that suits a number of decors, which is really interesting since it's completely handcrafted.
