• The Swedish country bench from Archies Island comes in a huge variety of bright colors and can be used to create a garden focal point.
• Dirt Cheap, foldable and still maintaining a bit of French bistro style, the Malaro Bench From Ikea is a great choice.
• A patio corner can be made a lot more functional with the use of a corner bench. The Glenham Corner Seat from Barlow and Tyrie is a high quality piece with a timeless and classic look.
• Classic and affordable (but with a modern flair), the Roseto Outdoor Bench from Crate and Barrel is crafted of plantation-grown teak supported by TFT, a nonprofit organization that promotes responsible forest conservation.
• Industrial and durable, the Belson Outdoor, Powder-Coated Ribbed Steel Bench is made for the street (so it will last a lifetime), but looks great on the patio.

White Enamel Four-P...
We bought one that looks like #4 for $50 in a local antique store. But I love the orange... maybe we'll paint it!
I bought one for $30 I found on Craigslist after searching and searching. It's wooden and looks like #4 too. I plan on painting it with a distressed look (sand, light yellow latex paint, paste wax, dark navy ish latex paint, medium steel wool).
Any ideas for a storage bench that's pretty? Or an extra long (8-9 feet long) one?
#1 costs $869! Looks like a job for Knock Off Wood...
#5 costs $1,287+++
Yikes
We were redoing a fireplace mantel which was a natural piece of wood, bark and all. We ordered the wrong size and couldn't return it so we ended up turning it into a front porch bench. We live in Portland so like to call it Northwest Modern! Only $240! Photo here: http://nicnormanstudio.com/images/bench.jpg
I have the ikea one, but i find the finish it starting to chip and scratch now (it is outside, but not directly in the rain or snow)
I love that it folds and is light, but it folds HUGE. they should have made it a bit more collapsable
