5 Sweet Projects For Tiny Scraps Of Fabric

We're always interested in finding new ways to use up fabric scraps, and have posted a number of ideas – and even more ideas – in the past. But what can you do with the littlest of the scraps, the ones that aren't big enough to display in a frame or cover a chair? Here are five sweet projects…
