For a blast from the past, browse the vintage wallpaper at 5QM. The German shop sells vintage wallpaper from the fifties, sixties, seventies, and eighties.

5QM also creates new vintage-inspired designs, some of which are pictured below. We think these are so bold they're arresting.

They even have photo murals, which we remember with a shudder from our neighbor's living room back in the '70s. We're sure this could be done really well, but we've more often seen murals like this looking pretty kitsch.
