A change of bedding goes a long way to making things feel new and fresh, no matter what space you're in. That said, options aren't always inexpensive. We rounded up 5 that should fit most any budget or bed!
We've searched high and low and although there are several duvets, comforters and quilts that come in just above the $60 mark, we really wanted to provide options for those with a smaller budget. There's a little something for everyone, including an all organic option!
1. Full/Queen Fresh Ink Duvet: for $59.95 from CB2
2. King Square-Tuck Duvet Cover: for $39.99 from West Elm
3. Full/Queen Marimekko Ruutukaava Duvet Cover: for $54.95 from Crate and Barrel
4. Full/Queen Organic Lilly Pad Duvet: for $39.99 from West Elm
5. Full/Queen Duffy Duvet Cover: for $59.99 from Bed Bath and Beyond

White Enamel Flatwa...
Just bought this bed from cb2 *LoVe* :)
I love changing duvet covers frequently, especially when I can find a good deal like these.
I love number 2, just wish it came in more colors.
I wish the west elm duvet looked more like the lily pads it's named for and less like splotchy green flowers.
What do you do with the old duvet? Given everyone's fear of bedbugs I think it'd be hard to sell or give away, and a lot of us don't have the storage space for them, but it's wasteful to just throw them away.
engineergirl - try donating to an animal shelter. they take all types of sheets, blankets and towels. just wash them in very hot water and dry them on high
there couldn't possibly be a more timely post! :) pardon me, i'll be over here snatching up that marimekko duvet ASAP.
I love #2. However, it is no longer available at West Elm. So thanks AT for dashing my hopes. ;)
^^
Tracy, try looking for it at a West Elm store, if there's one by you. I just bought that duvet set at one of the stores. Even though they're not selling it online anymore, you can find them in the stores.
I promise it was there when I made the post last night Tracy333! Sorry!
In regards to #2:

Looks like the color for that West Elm one was clearance (hence the price ending in .99)
There are new colors and the full/queen is $99
what an original line up of snores, er, stores.
My solution: buy two cute sheets from the Goodwill, wash them on hot and with two high dry cycles, sew them together, add buttons/ties/whatever. Total cost: about ten dollars, and since I picked the sheets they are exactly what I want.
I'm visiting Austin TX-the West Elm there has the Lilly Pad duvet-$29 Queeen-$39 King. I travel quite a bit and love to pop into West Elm and check out the Sales.
