Why I use color: I use color as an inexpensive way of expressing my personality. I consider myself a very creative person and find color a fun and endless way of showing it. Color enables me to create personality in any space by acknowledging the use of the space. Each space that I inhabit seems to come to life once I put that first coat of paint on the wall or add that perfect accessory.

2 Good color tips:
1. When choosing color, remember to select something that you love. You can always sample the color before it is permanent. Take your time until you are completely happy with your selection.

2. Be creative! Choose where you want the color to come from; whether it is paint, accessories, artwork, or furniture, and then go for it.

2 Good color resources:

1. When selecting an idea for a punch of color I often find myself flipping through the latest home design magazine. I see something I am drawn to; then I transform it into something that I love.

2. I find fabric stores extremely helpful when looking for color ideas. The color and patterns of fabric give great ideas for adding color to any space.
