Being an adult is pretty great. You get to eat as many cookies as you want to, and go to bed whenever you like. The world is your oyster. So I don't often wish that I were six years old, except when I look at these incredibly stylish kids' rooms, which as hard as I try, are probably way cooler than any space where I will ever live.
This space from Fantastic Frank has a dark glamour you don't often see in kids' rooms. Oh, and there's a unicorn bed. Unicorn bed.
A glam nursery spotted on Style at Home.
Inspired by a French wallpaper, this mom painted (yes, painted!) an incredible geometric pattern on the wall of her kids' room. Now that's dedication. See the full tour at Design Sponge.
Another stylish nursery, this one from 100 Layer Cakelet. Isn't that wallpaper incredible? And that rug, and that little cane crib? Be sure to click through, as there are lot of great details.
Here's a sweet little spot from Rum Hemma. All the colors just work so swell together (we've observed before that pink makes a surprisingly good neutral), and the bird motif is whimsical without being over the top.
Here's another nursery, from Emily Henderson. Hard to say whether the lucite crib or the De Gournay wallpaper is more dreamy.
From a Utah home seen on Cup of Jo. Isn't that mural to die for?
I could do without the giant bow, but the graphic wallpaper in this space from Dos Family is pretty great. And there's a swing! You're never too old for a swing.
I'm coming to terms with the fact that my bedroom will never be as cool as this space from My Domaine, which belongs to a 12 year old boy. I'm starting to be pretty ok with it. I think.
