Time Remaining: 7 days

We've moved in 10%. Peter and Tino left at 5pm and SKGR and her friend Jasie (with small dog) came in at 4pm to start getting up the fine dust, unpack rocker and insert the new air purifier (our third).

The relief I felt was palpable after another long day of running around, solving problems, purchasing last minute items, vacuuming and painting some of the walls in the main room.

Tonight the windows are wide open and the purifiers are running (crazy, I know) so that we can really move in tomorrow. We are are our mother's again (sofa bed!). However (commenters beware) if it is still fume-y we will continue to stay with friends, even as we unpack and clean out the crevices. But we couldn't be happier. The baby is still in utero, we've got another night of red wine and the easy life.

For the subtle two tone in the main room. (Peter said I was crazy. It makes the room smaller he said and you barely notice it). Perhaps I am crazy, but it is hard to explain my style and how I feel it gives depth to the room.

It's 5pm and I have a meeting. Tino and Peter take a final look at the fridge before heading out.
