Q: In two weeks, my wife and I are moving to a new city (Cincinnati) and we're having a lot of trouble figuring out how to make the best use of the great apartment we found. And, oh yeah, we'll be having a baby in exactly two months. In addition to a bedroom (with a huge walk in closet) on the main level, there is a finished attic space which measures 39 x 13 feet. Along with a space for the crib and other baby essentials, we'd like to have a designated spot for an extra bed for when the grandparents visit from out of town. We also need an office space since I primarily work from home:
We could put both our bed and the baby in the attic space and keep the downstairs for a guest room, but there isn't any closet space up there. I'm not sure if it would be too crowded to have the crib, guest bed, and my office space all upstairs, but that may be a possibility. We just need some suggestions before we move!
