There's something about Greek homes that always feels so breezy and effortless. Looking at these photos, I can just feel the sunlight and smell the Aegean breeze.
This is a guest house belonging to Claire Lloyd, a British photographer who left foggy London behind, seven years ago, and started a new life on the Greek island of Lesvos. She loved island life so much that she and her partner, Matthew Usmar Lauder, bought two houses there. One they live in, and the other (the house you see here) they rent out to guests. One of their guests was Australian photographer Carla Coulson, who took these dreamy photos and shared them with The Style Files, where we spotted them.
So not everyone can afford to get away to Greece right away — but it's nice to dream. I know I'll be dreaming of this beautiful grotto-like bathroom. And while you're dreaming you can save your pennies for a stay at the guesthouse... or just head on over to The Style Files for more pictures of this lovely home.
