A Charmingly Subtle Bathroom for Kids

A Charmingly Subtle Bathroom for Kids

Sometimes it really works to go bold and brash when designing with kids in mind. But sometimes a light touch can make a big statement. Such is the case in this wonderful bathroom for the younger set.

Jennifer at the little things did a great job decorating her kids' bathroom, mostly using things she had on hand. Homemade artwork in re-purposed frames, random animal figurines and a playful towel hook (placed at an appropriate height) taken from another room in the house allowed her to give this bathroom a youthful feel without going overboard or over budget. You can see more of this bathroom here.

It is obvious that Jennifer's blog, the little things, is aptly named since she clearly understands how the little things can define a big vision.

(note: much to my chagrin after composing that last poignant sentence I discovered Jennifer is now blogging at dearest someday. Check that one out too!)
