A Cork and Frame Family Tree

Tree murals in nurseries and children's rooms are already quite popular and we love the idea of taking the concept even further to make a history-laden family tree.

This project was featured on Poppytalk and until I read the materials list I didn't realize that the tree trunk and branches aren't actually paint, they're made from inexpensive adhesive cork drawer liners. Smart! It's unclear whether this family intends to add photos of family members into the frames (and it looks great without them too), but that seems the natural thing to do.
