Whenever I finish a major declutter-athon, I celebrate by treating myself to a new can of fresh paint. This paint can be dabbed anywhere to my liking...on a side chair, on my mailbox or if I feeling very adventurous, across my bedroom walls.
While searching for new paint color inspiration, I happened upon a sneak peek of the Farrow and Ball 2011 Colours. With 9 new colors to choose from and dreamy catalog photos, I may have to treat myself to more than one can of paint!

Here is a look at the new color palette found via Home Shopping Spy. The palette is a sea of neutrals with a pop of orange thrown into the mix. I'm pondering Cabbage White and Mizzle for my bedroom and Charlotte's Locks for my desk chair. For detailed descriptions of each color check out Home Shopping Spy.
1. Charlotte's Locks
2. Cabbage White
3. Calluna
4. Brassica
5. Dove Tail
6. Oxford Stone
7. Plummett
8. Mizzle
9. Manor House Gray
The new colors and catalog will be available at Farrow and Ball on Februry 1st. You can also sign up to receive their "new colours" email. Happy painting!

adventurous, not adventuress.
And I'm in love with Calluna, number 3.
Would Plummett or Manor House Gray be better in a living room? The room gets a lot of light, and is a decent size. I want to do a fake version of moulding on the walls with a white color and painter's tape...but wondering which kind of gray to paint...darker or lighter?
Not sure I understand the swag of fabric over the bed...it looks tacked on as an afterthought instead of a planned "headboard substitute". That being said, I love the green tones here in this pic.
Thank you, austinpeahen! Also: "more than," not "more then." If I got paid to blog I would proof my work.
I actually like that bannner thing over the bed, it's just too bad it goes over the door frame.
I like #8 its not turquoise but a nice minty green would be nice in a bathroom with all white fixtures as shown.
Well, I'm always pleased to see more gray.
the colors on the swatches i like, but boy those images of the actual rooms are close to awfully depressing.
The misuse of then and than seems to be the new trend; to replace the misuse of your and you're, I would guess. oh and they're and their and there, and where and we're and were. The list just grows and grows. I feel so old. sigh......
"or if I feeling very adventuress"
Really???
i don't see the green from the walls in the first photo on farrow & ball's website, is it an F&B colour does anyone know?
Maybe Arsenic or Folly Green? It's really hard to tell from pictures, especially on a monitor. I bet F&B can tell you if you e-mail them.
Ouch. Sorry for the errors. Thanks for pointing them out. Hopefully my cold-induced fog will be lifted by next week.
