I just painted my sleeping alcove a Regent Metallics Ralph Lauren paint called Wadsworth Grey. I absolutely love it, I wish I knew how to post pictures....
does anyone know where to get that end of bed bench in picture 3?!?!?! it looks amazing
I'm loving gray lately too! I especially love the gray master bedroom cke interior design recently designed in Hermitage, Tennessee.

I don't suppose anyone could identify the gray in picture #1.
Also, let's discuss that it's "gray" if you're an American, but "grey" if you're British or an American sixth grader who doesn't know better but thinks it will seem smarter to write "grey."
What a coincidence... I came here to search for inspiration for my new gray bedroom and voila, this article is on the front page!
Does anyone have any recommendations for bedding/accent color? My wall color is like pictures #1.
IChristian, do you have more info on your wall color? Manufacturer/name?
I'm having such a love affair with this color right now.
I've always loved the combination of grey, cream, and that muted mustard yellow in the first photo.
@iChristian - that shade of gray is so pretty and goes with, I think, many colors. Personally, I love it with bright citrusy colors - yellow (or mustard as shown in #1), chartrusey greens and even orange. Then add some bright white and you're done!
I love the colors, and specifically the lamp in #2--any thoughts on where it came from?
:Sigh: I love grey. decor, furniture, clothing, cars, skies... doesn't matter... I love it everywhere.
@R_Claw- does it really have a metallic finish? I just looked up the Regent Metallics line and they all look so cool. Hard to imagine what it looks like in person though. We have a large wall that runs next to our stairs that I want to pain gray but a silvery metallic gray sounds even better...
Evidently I am the only person on Earth who thinks grey is dull, dull, dull and will be glad to see the end of it.
thebradseed, I used Behr "Elephant skin". The name is rather accurate.
mrsjonessoapbox, the Regent Metallics are nice, but semi-difficult to paint with. I was going to paint my room with it but decided against it because it's more than double the price of regular paint.
Love gray bedrooms. My dream bedroom combo is light gray and grayish blue.
My living room is in the process of being painted grey, since white walls with white carpeting, tile, trim, and blinds put my stomach off.
"Gray" and "grey" are both accepted spellings within the United States. Clearly, I also advocate using the passive voice of verbs and ending sentences with prepositions.
We have a gray bedroom. Love it. As a midwife, I work some long hours, and sleeping during the day is a regular occurrence for me... so we also painted the ceiling (which is fairly high) a darker, but glossier, gray. It makes a darker, cozy little sleep space during the daytime hours. To soften the somewhat "modern cave" feeling, I hung shelves above the bed with lots of plants and have ceiling-to-floor billowy white linen curtains. My bedroom is my sanctuary... I couldn't be happier with it!
