There's something about Super Mario Bros. that has made it an enduring part of pop culture, so much so, people have decorated their own homes in the style of the game throughout every corner of the home. But if we were going to give the (power up) gold star to any interior, we'd give it to Alfonso Mellone of Italy dimensional wall mural inspired by 8-bit memories...
Using Photoshop, a grid system, and digital projector, two friends hand painted a digital illustration into a 3D Super Mario Bros. themed wall mural, complete with polystyrene power-up blocks, tubes, and plants recognizable to anyone who has played the game.
