We have a male hipster or two up here in Seattle. They are up on all the latest designs and trends out there. Hipsters love quirky, modern objects with a sense of geek and/or nostalgia thrown in. If you have a male hipster in your life and are stumped on what they might be into, here are a few ideas that will send you down the right path.
1. The Ticket Stub Book to preserve the memories of all of their shows and events.
2. The Word Search Wall Clock for some interesting wall decor.
3. This Laser Cut Switchplate will add a little Steampunk decor to your hipsters home.
4. A Reindeer Shot Glass for all those impromptu cocktail parties.
5. A Switchblade Bottle Opener with a classic pearlized handle.
6. This Hand Turned Maple Wood Shaving Set for a nice clean and classic shave.
7. A Mini Wooden Speaker for their iPhone.
8. This Bootleg Whiskey Barrel Kit lets your hipster mix a batch of his own home-made whiskey in an American White Oak Barrel.
9. Get a little fast gourmet dinner party started with the best recipes from Food Trucks around the country with The Truck Food Cookbook.
10. Let their inner geek out with this Geek Belt Buckle full of arithmetic equations.

Jeez, can we please retire the word "hipster"? It's so dorky and out of touch. I'm sure this roundup could be titled something else.
Is it just me, or is that switch plate erotic and kinda funny?
This is a much better alternative to the whiskey kit provided here:

Woodinville Whiskey is a small business that makes delicious, delicious alcohol.
This lady would love the ticket stub diary. Right now all my stubs are in a box, and I'm pretty proud of my show going history.
I've never considered myself a hipster, and I'm certainly NOT a guy, but I really want that ticket stub diary (I'm too lazy to scrapbook) and the whiskey barrel. And the light switch (though I'm thinking I might do a crazy DIY for that).
Interesting switchplate.
Sooo, does a youngster become a hipster and then eventually an oldster? Agree, lose the term, and don't try to think of a replacement.
Guess I'm a crabster.
@rmbnn - oldster - broken hipster
I am probably not a hipster (nor, thank you very much, an oldster), but really and truly, I wouldn't want any of this stuff. OK that shaving set might work, but I don't need it. And the iPhone speaker, but don't rush out and find one. Otherwise who the *bleep* wants any of this.
Like I said, I probably ain't a hipster.
Why is it in these lists men get all of the fun things and women get boring things like hand lotion and bath loofahs?
i really like the wall clock and the switch plate, but i'm no male. i also think the ticket stub book and cookbook look like neat things to have.
