A Good Age for a Play Kitchen?

Good Questions

Q: Is two too young for a play kitchen? I found this kitchen and am in LOVE with it. I cannot wait to get it into my house and was planning on buying it either next Christmas or for my daughter's birthday in February but she will only be turning two. Is that far too young to enjoy a play kitchen? My thinking was buy it early and maximize it's play time but now I'm question whether it would be better to wait until the following year when it would be a more exciting gift for her (instead of just me).

Editor: My son received a play kitchen when he was two and he wasn't quite ready for it, but many of his same-age playmates loved it when they came over so I think it depends on the kid. Readers, what do you think - is two too young?
