By using the existing structure and adding on four main components, Shelter Architecture transformed this old, outdated home with sustainable materials and energy-efficient technologies.
- A glass "stair tower" was added onto one side of the home connecting the interior to the outside with tall glass panels.
- The entryway was expanded to include a mudroom.
- A second story master suite was added.
- The former dining room was turned into a library.
