Yesterday we wrote a post on House Ocho by Feldman Architecture. This renovation was also done by Feldman. The owners of this 1906 Victorian wanted to maintain the building's original feel while giving it an eco-friendly upgrade. The result is a lovely space complete with rooftop garden, open stair risers, and plenty of natural light...
Our favorite elements are probably the beautiful, open kitchen and the warm, dark wood accents throughout. The light makes the home look so spacious, while the wood gives it warmth and keeps it from feeling too austere.
