The accordion-style polypropylene dwelling is an entry to the Get It Louder biennial and addresses the difficulty of home ownership in the country, due to state-owned lands and high apartment costs.

Just when you think you've seen it all.
In all honesty though, there's something inspirational and more than a little impressive about this story. Human ingenuity meets the desire for a personal little corner of the world. (In this case, a portable one.)
I had a bad moment where I thought this was another screencap from Portlandia. But then I took a breath & clicked through. And you know what? I'm glad I did!
Mostly I'm glad I was wrong about the Portlandia thing, but still...
