A Laptop Bag for a Crafter?

Q: Unplggd, I need you help in picking a gift for my girlfriend. I saw that you helped a previous reader with a girlfriend-gift dilemma so I'm hoping you can help me too. She isn't really a gadget-tech type of girl, but she loves her MacBook. The DIY tote she was using is beginning to fall apart (she's loves crafting/DIY style) and I wanted to get her something really nice for her birthday, but one that complements her crafting lifestyle, doesn't look too techie and could weather being used on a daily basis for her commute. Any recommendations?

Editor - May we recommend the Zaum Eco laptop bag? Our friends at Re-Nest recently pointed out these laptop bags as a stylish option for anyone who has to carry around a laptop regularly, but wanted something eco-friendly. These laptop bags are made of canvas, and nicely detailed with 2mm wool felt which lends it a handmade style (and they are each made by hand, to order), equipped inside with plenty of room for accessories. The Zaum bags look inspired by the crafting scene, but look a bit more durable than most DIY or Etsy offerings (and we like the magnetic clasp closure inside).
