What says childhood and warm weather better than a homemade lemonade stand? Bekah recently wrote to us to tell us about The Sunshine Stand, a homemade lemonade stand manned by her daughter and her two best friends in Gilbert, Arizona.

A peak at Bekah's photos says it all. It's a great way to meet the neighbors and teach the kids about responsibility and money. The kids have enjoyed it so much, they're planning to make it a weekly event. Bekah has even created a blog for The Sunshine Stand. The weather here in D.C. isn't quite lemonade-worthy yet but we're keeping this on our list of to-dos.
