We were checking out Home By Sunset (Sunset Magazine's design blog) and came across a sneak peek of Los Angeles designer, Kelly LePlante's, Venice loft. We love the look of this chic yet inviting and comfy space full of vintage finds and reused decor. We especially like how Kelly and her husband kept the space balanced even though the ceilings were very high and could easily have been a challenge. Another fave, her stripped down floor that revealed cool concrete that anchored the loft.

I LOVE this space. The decor--not so much. But wow.
I love the stair and balcony rails.
Having helped move piano-owning friends in the past, I am dying to know how hard it was to get that baby grand up the stairs and into that corner of the loft.
Wow! Love that planter in the bedroom.
does anyone know what kind of piano that is??!
